Gujarat State Petronet informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the GSPL's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) (‘the Company's Code’), Gujarat State Petronet has informed that the Trading Window (closure period for dealing in the Company's Equity Shares) will remain closed from 1st April 2026 for all the Designated Person(s) and their Immediate Relatives, as defined under the Company's Code. Further, the Trading Window will open upon expiry of 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration to the stock exchanges by the Company of the Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026, to be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of Board Meeting shall be intimated separately.
