Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 as amended from time to time, Bhilwara Spinners has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by insider and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday,1%t April 2026 and till 48 hours after announcement of Audited Financial Results for the Year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Year ended 31st March,2026 will be informed in due course.
