Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), Panacea Biotec has informed that Mukul Gupta (DIN: 00254597), Independent Director of the Company has completed his second and final term of 5 consecutive years as Independent Director on March 31, 2026 and accordingly he has ceased to be an Independent director of the Company. Consequently, he has also ceased to be the Chairperson / member of the Committees of the Board of Directors of the Company. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company express deep appreciation and gratitude to Mukul Gupta for his extensive contribution and guidance towards the business growth of the Company. The details required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure - A.
