Piramal Pharma’s step-down wholly owned subsidiary -- Piramal Critical Care B.V. has successfully completed the acquisition of ‘Kenalog’ and its associated brands from Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMS).
With the completion of the Kenalog acquisition, the Company strengthens its Complex Hospital Generics portfolio and reinforces its presence across key markets including the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
