Ascensive Educare has been awarded a work order from Meghalaya State Skill Development Society
Hero MotoCorp has completed the acquisition of 2,68,219 Series E Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares in Euler Motors, an associate company, for an aggregate consideration of Rs 210 crore. Post this acquisition, the company holds 36.67% shares (on a fully diluted basis).
Solarium Green Energy has received a Letter of Award (LOA) as a sub-contractor, for execution of End-to-End Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works, including three years of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services, for a 50 MWac Solar PV Power Project in the State of Maharashtra, awarded under a project of Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO). The total order value is approximately Rs 188.525 crore exclusive of GST.
Prestige Estates Projects (Prestige Group) has secured a prime land parcel in Sector 92, Gurugram, further strengthening its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR). The company has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 17.212-acre land parcel. The proposed development is expected to have a saleable area of approximately 3 million square feet, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 4,200 crore.
Lupin’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Nanomi B.V., the Netherlands (Nanomi) has entered into definitive agreements to acquire the minority shareholding from certain existing shareholders of Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc. (MPPI), a subsidiary of Nanomi. This acquisition involves 11,794,497 shares, which accounts for 43.38% of the total outstanding paid up shares of MPPI. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of May 2026, subject to certain closing conditions.
Ascensive Educare has been awarded a work order from Meghalaya State Skill Development Society (MSSDS) for providing training to 2005 candidates across 16 trades in accordance with the Common Cost Norms. The total revenue shall be generated from this work order is Rs 5.57 crore. This work order is to be executed during the financial year 2026-2027.
Dev Information Technology’s (DEV IT) Board of Directors has approved the transfer of its product businesses, ByteSIGNER and Talligence, to Byte Technosys, an associate company. This move reflects the company’s continued focus on sharpening its strategic direction and building a more efficient and focused operating structure. The transaction involves a cash consideration of Rs 11.90 crore and is structured as a standalone slump sale, not pursuant to any merger or amalgamation. It is expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2026.
