Powerica debuts at 5% discount on BSE

Powerica has debuted at Rs 375.00 on the BSE, down by 20 points or 5.06% from its issue price of Rs 395.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 368.50, down by 26.5 points or 6.70% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 387.70 and Rs. 365.10 respectively. So far 1.27 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between March 24, 2026 and March 27, 2026 was subscribed 1.53 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 395.00 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 375-395 apiece.
Powerica, along with its subsidiaries and associate, is engaged in business of manufacturing, trading and other services related to generator sets and generation of electricity from wind power.
