Central Bank of India has informed that it enclosed the promoter of the Bank, ‘President of India’ held 8080391687 (89.27%) equity shares of Bank as on 31st March, 2026. The company declared that the ‘promoter along with the persons acting in concert’ has not made any encumbrance, directly or indirectly, during the financial year 2025-26.
