Lemon Tree Hotels rises on singing new property in Jammu & Kashmir

The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 107.90, up by 0.20 points or 0.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 107.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 105.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 108.10 and Rs. 103.85 respectively. So far 110326 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 99.70 on 16-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 108.60 and Rs. 100.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8540.42 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.96% and 36.76% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a license agreement viz. Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir. This new addition marks a significant step in the company’s regional expansion, bringing its total footprint in Jammu & Kashmir to four operational hotels and two properties currently under development. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Strategically located just 2 km from Srinagar International Airport and 11 km from the Srinagar Railway Station, the property offers unparalleled connectivity for both fly-in corporate travellers and leisure groups entering the Kashmir Valley. The hotel will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, conference room and recreational facilities including swimming pool, fitness centre and other areas.
