Octaware Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on April 01, 2026 has appointed Shruti Aggarwal (M.No: A40909) a qualified Company Secretary as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effective from. 01/04/2026. The details as required under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are provided in Annexure A. The copy of the Board Resolution is annexed as ‘Annexure B’.
