Wonder Electricals has informed that the Company has made all disclosures, from time to time, in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable regulations. Also clarified that the company is not aware of any specific reason for the significant movement in the price of our shares. The said movement appears to be purely market driven and beyond the control of the Company and its management. The Company reiterates that it has always complied and will continue to comply with the requirements under the Listing Regulations and other applicable laws.
