Desco Infratech has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Desco Global FZ LLC’ having registered office in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), UAE. The Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, Government of Ras Al Khaimah on March 25, 2026.

The WOS incorporated belongs to the Project Management Consultancy industry and is engaged in carrying on consultancy and other lawful business activities as permitted under the license issued by the RAKEZ. The incorporation of subsidiary is to expand the company’s international business presence and to explore business opportunities in overseas markets, particularly in the UAE.

Earlier, the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on January 17, 2026, inter-alia, approved the same.

Desco Infratech is mainly engaged in providing infrastructure and maintenance services to city gas distribution divisions in India.
