Greenlam Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Greenlam Asia Pacific Pte. and Greenlam Industries SDN. BHD., a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenlam Asia Pacific Pte., have jointly acquired the entire 33% local shareholding of PT. Greenlam Indo Pacific, a subsidiary of Greenlam Asia Pacific Pte. in Indonesia. The stake has been acquired at a consideration of 825 million Indonesian Rupiah. 

Greenlam Asia Pacific Pte. earlier held 67% shareholding in the PT. Greenlam Indo Pacific. Post this acquisition, the collective shareholding of Greenlam Asia Pacific Pte. and Greenlam Industries SDN. BHD.  stands at 100%. Consequently, the PT. Greenlam Indo Pacific has become a wholly owned (step-down) subsidiary of the company.
