JSW Steel reports 3% fall in consolidated crude steel production in Q4 FY26

For FY26, consolidated crude steel production stood at 30.08 MT a compared to 27.79 MT in FY25

JSW Steel has reported consolidated crude steel production for Q4 FY26 at 7.43 million tonnes (MT) as compared to 7.63 MT in Q4 FY25, down by 3% Year-on-Year (Y-o-Y). In Q3 FY26, consolidated crude steel production stood at 7.48 MT.  The company reported crude steel production of 7.28 MT from Indian Operations in Q4 FY26 over 7.40 MT in Q4 FY25, decreased by 2%. JSW Steel USA - Ohio’s crude steel production stood at 0.15 MT in Q4 FY26.

The combined Crude Steel production including JSW Sambalpur Steel (JSSL) for Q4 FY26 was at 7.49 MT. The capacity utilisation for the combined Indian operations for the quarter stood at around  96% excluding BF‑3 capacity, and around 87% including BF‑3 capacity.

For FY26, consolidated crude steel production stood at 30.08 MT a compared to 27.79 MT in FY25, i.e. up by 8%. The company reported crude steel production of 29.25 MT from Indian Operations in FY26 over 26.98 MT in FY25, increased by 8%. JSW Steel USA - Ohio’s crude steel production stood at 0.83 MT in FY26.
