Aqylon Nexus has received approval for the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (100% ownership) at the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates (UAE), under the proposed name ‘Aqylon Nexus Holding LLC’ or such other name as may be approved by the appropriate authorities.
The company is being incorporated with the object of expanding the business of the company in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, UAE. The Board of Directors the company, at its meeting held on April 11, 2026, has approved the same.
