Navkar Corporation has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Navkar Corporation is scheduled to be held on Monday, April 20, 2026 to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026; and any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further as informed earlier, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and company's internal code for prohibition of insider trading ('code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for designated persons of company defined under the code, has already been closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the results pursuant to the said meeting are made public.
