Everest Industries zooms on the BSE

The company has completed sale of 16.84 acres land in Coimbatore

Everest Industries is currently trading at Rs. 362.05, up by 29.10 points or 8.74% from its previous closing of Rs. 332.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 335.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 366.45 and Rs. 335.00 respectively. So far 1766 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 748.00 on 24-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 287.40 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 366.45 and Rs. 318.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 574.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.31% and 39.46% respectively.

Everest Industries (EIL) has concluded the execution of a Sale Deed with G Square Properties under Phase I and the company has sold/transferred 16.84 acres as per the documents of title / term sheet (which are equivalent to 18.99 acres as per Patta and 19.41 acres as per FMB) of vacant, excess land located at Kurichi Village, Podanur, Madukkarai Taluk, Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu.

Out of 23.32 acres land, 16.84 acres land has been sold / transferred on April 10, 2026. The transfer/ sale of balance portion of land of 6.48 acres is expected to be completed by November 4, 2026. Out of total consideration of Rs133.85 crore, the consideration received upto the date of execution of sale deed (including TDS) from such sale/disposal is Rs 100.82 crore.
