Pursuant to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, regarding fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates, Heritage Foods has confirmed that the Company is not a Large Corporate, as on 31st March, 2026 as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid SEBI circular. The company has attached ‘Annexure-A - Format of the Initial Disclosure to be made by an entity identified as a Large Corporate’.
