Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Sub-Para 7, Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, Creative Newtech has informed that Abhijit Divakar Kanvinde, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation (copy enclosed) from the designation of CFO of the Company vide letter dated 14th April 2026 received by the Company through email on 14th April 2026 with immediate effect, due to personal reasons such as advancing age, certain health considerations and the demanding nature of working hours attached to this position, as stated in his resignation letter. Further, he has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those stated above. The said resignation has been duly accepted by Ketan Chhaganlal Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, on 14th April 2026. The detailed reason for resignation as per SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 along with the resignation letter of Abhijit Kanvinde is enclosed in Annexure I to this intimation.
