Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/04/2026, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. It informed that as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will open from 24th April, 2026 for all connected persons/ designated persons and their immediate relatives and other Insiders under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
