Filmcity Media has informed that, in terms of Regulation 24A of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (referred to as ‘the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015’), is not applicable to the company as the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company is less than INR 10 Crores and the Net Worth of the Company is less than INR 25 Crores as on, March 31, 2026 i.e., less than the requirements of Regulation 15 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
