Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to its intimation dated March 26, 2026, Amal has informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting scheduled to be held on April 22, 2026, will consider a proposal of recommending a dividend to the shareholders for their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
