Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/ I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026 and in continuation of the facility earlier provided between July 7, 2025 to January 6, 2026 vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025, PDS has enclosed the newspaper advertisement regarding the re-opening of the special window from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027 for transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares, as published on April 15, 2026, in the following newspapers: i) Business Standard (All India Edition); and ii) Mumbai Lakshadweep (Mumbai Edition).
