Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Kalyani Steels has informed that Bal Mukand Maheshwari, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has resigned from the services of the Company vide his letter dated April 16, 2026 and he will be relieved from the services after close of business hours on Friday, May 8, 2026. A copy of his resignation letter is enclosed. The details as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure - A.
