Can Fin Homes has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 24, 2026, to (i) Consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026 along with the Audit Report of the Joint Statutory Central Auditors for the said period. (ii) Consider and recommend Final-Dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window to deal in equity shares of the Company has been closed since April 01, 2026 and shall remain closed upto April 26, 2026. This intimation shall also be available on the Company's website www.canfinhomes.com.
