KPI Green Energy has been granted an Inter-State Power Trading Licence (Category IV) by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), marking a key step in the company’s evolution towards a more integrated and market-responsive renewable energy platform. This approval authorises KPI to undertake electricity trading across state boundaries, enabling participation in India’s national power markets and alignment of its power sales strategy with regional demand dynamics.
Gravita India has additionally acquired 20,400 shares, representing 0.49% of Rashtriya Metal Industries (RMIL) a subsidiary of the company. As a result of this, the company's shareholding in Rashtriya Metal Industries has been increased from the current 98.95% to 99.44%.

However, the total income of the company increased by 5.90% at Rs 2,50,905 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 2,36,925 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Rishabh Instruments’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Lumel SA has secured another order from the same Germany-based energy sector company. The contract, valued at 3 million euro (around Rs 30 crore), covers the supply of advanced electronic devices for industrial automation applications within the energy sector. The agreement is valid through the end of 2027, with potential for extension based on mutual agreement and project requirements. This marks the second order from the same customer, demonstrating the strength of the relationship and continued confidence in Lumel SA’s capabilities and solutions.
Western Overseas Study Abroad has entered into a Student Recruitment Agreement with Algebra Bernays University, Croatia. The company has been authorized to act as a representative of the University for the purpose of recruitment, marketing, and facilitation of admissions of international students specifically covers the Union Territory of Chandigarh; selected cities in the State of Haryana, namely Sonipat, Rohtak, Kurukshetra, Karnal, and Ambala; and selected cities in the State of Punjab, namely Amritsar, Jalandhar, Bathinda, and Patiala, India. The Agreement also provides for collaboration between the parties in the development of joint academic programs.
