CCME Global informs about disclosure
With reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated 19th October, 2023 (‘Circular’), CCME Global has confirmed that as on 31st March, 2026, the company (formerly known as Genesis IBRC India), is not falling under Large Corporate Category (LC) as per the framework and applicability criteria provided under the aforesaid Circular, as the Company does not have outstanding Long-Term Borrowing exceeding INR 1,000 Crore which has an original maturity of more than 1 year. In view of the above, the Company is not large Corporate (LC) and is not obliged to file any disclosure as per said circular.
