Adani Power informs about affirmation and assignment of credit ratings
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Adani Power has informed that ICRA has assigned ICRA AA/Stable and ICRA A1+ credit ratings respectively to additional term loan facilities and non-fund based facilities of Adani Power (‘APL’). The rating agency has also reaffirmed the ICRA AA/Stable and ICRA A1+ rating assigned to APL’s existing bank facilities along with issued and proposed Non-Convertible Debentures.
