Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Asian Hotels (North) has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution No. 02/2026-27 dated April 17, 2026 have approved the appointment of Sachin Goel as Director of Finance in the Senior Management of the Company with effect from April 17, 2026. Information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure-I.
