Company is in compliance with Regulation 30 and other Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to intimate to the Exchange all the events, information, etc. that have a bearing on the operations /performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information etc. The Company has from time to time, promptly intimated the Stock Exchange such events, information etc. The Company also confirmed that it is not aware of any price sensitive information which is required to be intimated to the Stock Exchange as per Regulation 30 and that has not been intimated to the Stock Exchange.
