J. Kumar Infraprojects has informed that the Company has launched the second phase of 100 Day’s Campaign – ‘Saksham Niveshak’ for the period effective from 01st April, 2026, to 09th July, 2026. This campaign has been launched to encourage shareholders to: Update their KYC details and Claim any unpaid / unclaimed dividends before they get transferred to the IEPF. Further, in this connection, the Company has published advertisement in newspaper(s) on 18th April, 2026 and they are enclosed as an ‘Annexure’.
