Piramal Finance informs about scheme of arrangement
Piramal Finance has informed that this is with reference to earlier intimation dated 27th March 2026 in relation to the scheme of amalgamation amongst Piramal Finance Limited (formerly known as Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited) (‘Company’ or ‘Transferee Company’), Piramal Corporate Tower Private Limited, Piramal Agastya Offices Private Limited (formerly known as PRL Agastya Private Limited), DHFL Investments Limited (collectively, the ‘Transferor Companies’) and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder (‘Scheme’). The Company and the Transferor Companies have filed a Company Application in relation to the Scheme with the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench on 18th April, 2026.
