Galaxy Bearings informs about declaration regarding non-applicability of large corporate framework
With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, as amended from time to time, in respect of raising of funds by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC), disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporates (LC), Galaxy Bearings has confirmed that as on March 31, 2026, the company has does not fall under the category of ‘Large Corporate’ as defined under the said circular. Accordingly, the disclosure requirements applicable to Large Corporates under the aforesaid framework including Annual Disclosure (Annexure B / B1 / B2) are not applicable to the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
