Akme Fintrade (India) raises Rs 50 crore through NCDs

The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 11.25% per annum and a tenure of 36 months

Akme Fintrade (India) has raised Rs 50 crore through allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The company has allotted 50,000 secured, listed, rated, transferable, redeemable, NCDs having face value of Rs 10,000 each, on private placement basis. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 11.25% per annum and a tenure of 36 months. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on April 20, 2026 has approved the same.
