Kajal Synthetics & Silk Mills has informed that the Company claimed exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 and it has submitted declaration about the Non-Applicability of Corporate Governance therefore the requirement of submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report as specified under regulation 24A of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Amendment Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 dated May 9, 2019 is not applicable to the Company.
