Carborundum Universal submits board meeting intimation
Carborundum Universal has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th May 2026 to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for year ended 31st March 2026. They further informed that the Board will also be considering the Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 at this meeting.
