Purple Wave Infocom informs about newspaper advertisement
As per Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with relevant circulars and notifications issued thereunder, Purple Wave Infocom has informed that it enclosed newspaper advertisement relating to Notice of 01 Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (including details of e-voting) sent on 19 April 2026 to the Members of the Company. The Company published the advertisement in the newspapers: Financial Express (All editions) in English Language on 19.04.2026 and Jansatta (Delhi edition) in Hindi Language on 19.04.2026. The aforesaid publication was made on Sunday, 19.04.2026. Since the publication was made on a non-working day, the same is being submitted on the next working day i.e., today.
