GEM Enviro Management moves up on incorporating JV company with Rudrabhishek Infosystem

The certificate of incorporation has been duly received on April 20, 2026 from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India

GEM Enviro Management is currently trading at Rs. 48.30, up by 0.31 points or 0.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 47.99 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 48.38 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 48.38 and Rs. 48.30 respectively. So far 1600 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 90.40 on 24-Apr-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 31.83 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 50.00 and Rs. 45.71 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 108.92 crore.

GEM Enviro Management, in collaboration with Rudrabhishek Infosystem, has incorporated a joint venture (JV) company in the name of ‘GEM ECOMIND’ for providing technical and technological solutions in recycling, waste management, sustainability and eco system conservation. The certificate of incorporation has been duly received on April 20, 2026 from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

GEM Enviro Management is engaged in the business of handling of waste and scraps related to all kind and supply and trading of goods.
