With reference to the Chapter XII - Fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large corporate of the No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021, in respect of issue and listing of Non - Convertible Securities, Securitised Debt Instruments, Security Receipts, Municipal Debt Securities and Commercial Paper, Kaizen Agro Infrabuild has confirmed that the Company does not fall under the definition of Large Corporate category as per the criteria specified in the aforesaid Circular as on March 31, 2026.
