Bigbloc Construction informs about resignation of internal auditor
In Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bigbloc Construction has informed that Anjana Parwal has tendered her resignation from the position of Internal Auditor of the Company with immediate effect i.e. 21.04.2026 (after closing of Business Hours) due to the personal reasons. There are no material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned above. A Copy of her resignation letter is enclosed herewith. Details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read along with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are mentioned in Annexure I.
