With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 & SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate (LC) and disclosure of compliance thereof by the Large Corporate, Yunik Managing Advisors has confirmed as per Annexure A that the Company is not a Large Corporate as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circular for the Financial Year 2026-2027.
