The Company has filed an appeal before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income Tax Department against the assessment order under section 147 read with section 143(3) of the Income-Tax Act, 1961 (the Act) for Assessment Year 2019-20 wherein a demand has been raised for Rs 77,56,540. For the purpose, it enclosed the details as required under the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Para 8 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, details attached as Annexure I.
