Digitide Solutions has informed that the Company in its capacity as settlor has formed a Trust under the name and style of “Digitide ESOP Trust” for administration and implementation of the Digitide Solutions Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026 or other employee stock option schemes implemented from time to time Pursuant to the Regulation 3(3) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, a copy of the duly executed and registered Trust Deed is enclosed.
