The Hi-Tech Gears has informed that the Hi-Tech Gears (the Company) does not fall under the category of ‘Large Corporates/ Large entity’ as per the framework provided in para 3 of the aforesaid circular. In view of the above, it is confirmed that the Company is not identified as ‘Large Corporate’ and is not obliged to file any disclosure as per the said circular.
