Enviro Infra Engineers informs about acquisition
Enviro Infra Engineers has informed that EIE Renewables, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (‘EIE Renewables’) of the Company had on 21.04.2026 entered into a Share Purchase and Options Agreement for the acquisition of PRA Bihar Bess (‘Target Company’). Under this arrangement, EIE Renewables has acquired 49% of the equity share of the Target Company and the remaining 51% equity stake shall be acquired within 60 days from the Commercial Operation Date (COD) of the project awarded to the Target Company. The detailed disclosure as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI master Circular dated 30.01.2026 is attached. The Company has received the intimation from EIE Renewables on 22nd April, 2026 at 10:54 am.
