The company holds 51% equity shares in UB Bharat
Valecha Engineering has incorporated a subsidiary company by names UV Bharat for Infrastructure Projects, Builders, Developers, Engineering, Procurement and Constructions (EPC) etc. The company will subscribe to 5,100 equity shares of Rs 10 each of UV Bharat, totaling an investment of Rs 51,000. The company holds 51% equity shares in UV Bharat.
Valecha Engineering is engaged in the construction of major infrastructure and engineering projects such as irrigation dams, reservoirs and canals, roads, highways and expressways, bridges and tunnels, railways, airports and foundation and piling works.
