No. F12381) as the Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with immediate effect i.e. Friday, 24th April, 2026. The details as required under Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ CFD/ CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 updated as on 30th January, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure I.
