Algoquant Fintech has informed that the Company has published advertisements in the newspapers, namely, ‘Financial Express’ in English and ‘Ahmedabad Express’ in Gujarati language on today, April 24, 2026, thereby informing the Shareholders of the Company regarding another Special Window which has been opened for a period of 1(One) year from ‘February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027’ for lodgement of transfer or re-lodgement, in case of transfer lodged earlier but the same was rejected/returned/not attended due to deficiency in the documents/process/otherwise, and dematerialisation (demat) of physical securities which were sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (hereinafter referred to as SEBI) Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/1/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
