With reference to email seeking clarification regarding the significant movement in the price of the equity shares of the Company, Checkpoint Trends has informed that, as on date, there is no information / announcement (including pending announcement) which in the opinion of the Company may have a bearing on the price behaviour of the scrip and which has not been disclosed to the Stock Exchange under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The movement in the price of the equity shares of the Company is purely market driven and is due to market conditions and investor perception, which are beyond the control of the Company. The Company confirmed that it has been complying with the disclosure requirements as prescribed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and shall continue to do so.
