KPI Green Energy incorporates wholly owned subsidiary
The subsidiary will function as GRCTC and will undertake the business of centralization of treasury and financial management services
KPI Green Energy has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘KPGC Global Corporation IFSC’ in IFSC at GIFT City, Gujarat on April 23, 2026. KPGC Global Corporation IFSC is yet to commence its business operations. The incorporation of this subsidiary involved an initial capital investment of Rs 2 crore. KPGC Global Corporation IFSC will function as Group Resource and Capital Treasury Centre (GRCTC) and will undertake the business of centralization of treasury and financial management services.
KPI Green Energy (formerly known as K.P.I. Global Infrastructure) is a solar power generating company focused on providing solar power, both as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) under the brand name of ‘Solarism’ and as service provider to Captive Power Producer (CPP) customers. The company is a part of KP Group.
