Cella Space informs about disclosure
With reference to the SEBI Circular - SEBI /HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 and SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 regarding fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities, disclosure and compliances thereof by such Large Companies, Cella Space has informed that the company does not fall under the category ‘Large Corporates’ as per framework provided in the aforesaid circular. In view of the above, the Company is not a large Corporate (LC) and is not obliged to file any disclosure as per said circular.
